Jeff Olson - Principal, Agent/Broker

Jeff Olson has a broad and time-tested knowledge of Kaua’i, the oldest, and arguably most beautiful of all the islands.  Jeff was born and raised in Newport Beach, California educated at the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Hawaii Manoa where completed his business degree.  At the University of Hawaii Jeff was a scholar athlete and a three time collegiate All American --the first in UH history.   

As a Hawaii real estate agent and broker with  20 years experience he honors the gem that Kauai remains, and is happy to keep Kauai the world’s best-kept-publicized secret. He and his associates dedicate their professional energy to clients who simply know that Kauai must be a part of their lives. With that, he attracts clients who feel this same resonance, and works to make those clients’ dreams a reality.

As a waterman, former All-American sailor and U.S. Windsurfing team member, he applies his lifetime of athletic discipline to his profession as both broker and agent. In all his real estate endeavors--it is this island’s unique history, topography, culture, and ocean which have taught him most about how to best respond to ever-changing circumstances: whether that be the luxury real estate market, a complex weather pattern, or the unique need of each client.
