Jeff Fleming, a long time successful business person on Kauai, has had the opportunity to be involved in many key areas of Real Estate over the past few decades on the island.

After being born and raised in Florida until the age of 17, Jeff followed his love of surfing and ocean sports to Kauai in 1980, where he made the island his new home.

He transitioned from a full time surfer on Kauai, to a successful business manager for Ricoh Corporation in 1985. For the past 3 decades, Jeff has driven the sales for Ricoh Kauai to the top of the company’s overall results. His annual sales revenue totals have won him salesperson of the year for the entire US standings, countless Western US Regional #1 awards, as well as the Top salesperson in Hawaii District almost every year since first starting with the Company.  He attributes his long term success to his intense motivation and attention to detail, while never compromising his integrity.

In addition, for the past 25 years, Jeff has had a successful Real Estate career on Kauai. He first began as a part time salesperson, mainly obtaining his real estate license in order to understand his own first home/property purchase. From there, he has been involved in many of his own successful property developments on Kauai, while also representing a plethora of clients in their own sales and/or purchases on the island.

Jeff’s specialty is his selective picking of projects and clients. He prides himself in only taking a maximum of 3 listings at one time, so he can be more attentive to his client’s needs…and allocate his time to better handle escrow matters that might come up.
