Cathy Landis - Agent

Cathy Landis has been a property manager on Kauai for more than a decade. Raised in Southern California, Cathy attended the University of California at Santa Cruz, then began her first career in the field of criminal justice research. Shortly thereafter, she embarked on a second career as a television news reporter in the Marianas Islands. Since 2006, she has managed vacation rental properties on Kauai.

A technophile who likes keeping up with the latest property management apps and gizmos, Cathy believes in a good old-fashioned work ethic, in the value of personal connections and trust relationships, and in providing honest and dedicated service to both property owners and guests.

Cathy is also an irredeemable geek who is endlessly fascinated by all things medieval and anything Star Trek.
